Program Goals & Objectives

The University of Florida Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship is a two-year program designed to balance robust clinical training with opportunities for individualized growth. Fellows gain extensive experience in a wide range of clinical settings while also pursuing their unique professional interests through an individualized curriculum. Dedicated time is provided for scholarly activity, allowing fellows to engage in advocacy, quality improvement, research, or medical education projects. The program’s structure ensures graduates are well-prepared not only as outstanding clinicians but also as leaders and innovators within pediatric hospital medicine.
