Pediatric Fellows Research Conference

Weekly departmental series in which our 2nd year fellows give an annual presentation on their research project followed by feedback and discussion with departmental faculty and trainees.

Pediatric Grand Rounds

Weekly departmental series covering all aspects of pediatrics presented by University of Florida and visiting faculty.

Quality Improvement Conference

Annual departmental meeting in which our 2nd year fellow presents a QI project having identified an area in need of improvement and implemented corrective action once during training.


Additional Education Opportunities 

Training and Research Academy for Clinical and Translational Science (TRACTS)

A training program for early career faculty who have an interest in pursuing clinical/ translational research as a major component of their careers.

The Masters of Science in Clinical and Translational Science (M.S.-CTS)

A 30-credit-hour degree (with required mentored research project and thesis) designed to provide a comprehensive didactic curriculum and training program in clinical and translational science.

The Certificate in Translational Health Science (CTHS)

This program is designed for individuals who wish to learn more about the key areas of clinical/transnational science, including grant and manuscript writing, biostatistics, ethics, and study design.

Introduction to Clinical and Translational Research

Offered by the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute to all UF Health Science Center junior faculty, fellows and others interested in patient-oriented research careers.

Masters in Public Health

Fellows may earn credit hours (up to 6 per semester) toward a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Florida.

Masters in Education

Fellows may earn credit hours (up to 6 per semester) toward a Master of Education degree at the University of Florida.
